Where are you based?I am based in Miramar, Wellington, New Zealand. I sell at craft markets in the Wellington area, mostly over the summer months (November - March)

Where are your products made?All my products are hand made by me in Miramar, Wellington, New Zealand

Do you have a shop I can visit?No I do not. I work from home and do not any display space available. You can visit me at any of my summer markets or order through this website year-round.

Do you sell in any shops?I do not currently have stock available in shops. I have in the past and may again in future. I will keep this website updated if I do again.

I ordered the wrong size, what can I do?"You can exchange wrong sizes, as long as the goods are in the same condition as when they were purchased, with the tags still attached, and within 14 days of the original purchase date. If I do not have the right size available, you are welcome to swap the item for something else of equivalent value. You will need to pay any additional shipping costs.

Do you do custom orders?Yes. I am open to custom orders for the six months between April and October each year. If you have a custom order enquiry please use the contact form.

Do you ship overseas?Yes, I can ship overseas. Send me a message with the details of what you'd like to purchase, and your delivery address and I will provide a customimsed shipping quote. See Shipping and Returns for more information

Can I pick up from you directly?Yes. Just select 'pick up in person' at the check out. I will contact you with details on how and when you can pick up from me. I am based in Miramar Wellington.
